At Thomson & Scott, we take great pride in the quality of our beverages, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are faulty or damaged during transit.

Return Process

    Email our customer care team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

    Provide Documentation

    Attach clear photographs of the damaged bottle, packaging, or the incorrect item received to help us process your claim quickly.

    Return Authorization

    Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to safely package the glass bottles for transit.

    Refund or Replacement

    After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement order.
